Foreman Position available!

We are looking for an experienced, dependable and highly motivated pre-engineered metal building foreman to join our team.

Job Duties:

Complete projects on time and on budget.
Daily supervision of pre-engineered metal building activities.
Task management and planning.
Complete daily and weekly paperwork.
Communicate effectively with onsite project management.

Skills Required:

Expert knowledge of pre-engineered metal building drawings and details.
Expert knowledge of metal building tools and fall protection gear.
Ability to motivate and manage a crew of 6-10.
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Expert knowledge of health and safety practices.
Expert knowledge of forklifts, aerial lifts and scissor lifts.
Completed 15-20 PEMB projects as foreman.
Physically capable to perform all duties with crew as needed.
Pass drug test and background checks for government contracts.
Basic computer skills.
100% Travel.
